Alignment Behavioral Health was founded by a team who spent their careers inside behavioral health — and who saw, up close, how often the system fails the people it’s meant to serve. We built a telehealth company to change that, across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.
Kristen co-founded Alignment Behavioral Health after watching someone she loved fall through every gap in the mental healthcare system — unreturned calls, disconnected providers, and no one accountable for the outcome. The system she had spent her career inside had failed her own family, and that experience changed everything.
Rather than accept the way things were, she set out to build what behavioral health should be: a telehealth company where every patient has a person, not a pamphlet, where therapy and psychiatric care are coordinated under one team, and where access happens in days — not months. As CEO, Kristen brings more than two decades of behavioral health leadership to that mission, guiding Alignment’s growth across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland with a relentless focus on access, accountability, and quality of care.

Charles co-founded Alignment Behavioral Health out of the same conviction that drives the company: that mental healthcare should be connected, accountable, and built entirely around the patient. Having spent his career inside behavioral health and healthcare organizations, he saw firsthand how broken systems leave both patients and providers stranded — and he set out to build something better.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Charles makes sure Alignment runs seamlessly behind the scenes — from intake and credentialing to compliance and billing — so therapists are fully supported and never left to figure it out alone, and patients get a smooth, coordinated experience from the very first call. His two decades of revenue and operations leadership are the engine that keeps Alignment’s care reliable, compliant, and built to last.
